DGA513Z 18V Li-ion LXT Brushless 125mm Angle Grinder – No batteries included
The DGA513 cordless Angle Grinder is powered by 18V Li-ion slide type battery (not included), with soft start for smooth start-ups and variable speed control to match the speed to the application, to deliver up to 8,500 rpm. The brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life, and optimises battery energy use for up to 50 per cent longer run time per charge. Soft grip for user’s increased comfort and control on the job.
The Angle Grinder is equipped with on/off slide switch with lock on for user convenience, anti-restart to prevent motor start up when the battery is inserted with the switch locked on and electronic current limiter for overload protection.
3 stage Battery Fuel Gauge to show battery charge level, overheating and overload. Charge level – the power remaining in the battery can be indicated in 3 stages simply by pushing a button. 3 lights on for more than 50 per cent of full battery capacity, 2 lights on for 20 to 50 per cent of full battery capacity and 1 light on for less than 20 per cent of full battery capacity. Overheating – the gauge will blink to warn against overheating and Overload – when the protection system works repeatedly due to overload, the tool will lock.
The DGA513 features:
Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT): automatically changes the cutting speed according to the load condition for an optimum operation.
Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT): shuts down the tool to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down.
