1. If it can’t read blu ray discs, please try to set the Blu-ray drive region to your country. Need a blu-ray software to play blu-ray discs. Recommendations are as follows: Macgo blu-ray Player for MAC OS, PowerDVD for Windows system.

3. Player software on your computer must support Blu-ray format when playing Blu-ray discs.
4. This Blu-ray drive could NOT be used in the tablets, like Surface Series (Due to low voltage condition in some tablets). Some laptops, due to lower voltage condition of , please try it with the usb port from the motherboard.
