It is great for performing a variety of exercises such as shrugs, squats, shoulder presses, chin ups, pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and hanging knee raises, and can be used with 7ft (213cm) standard and Olympic barbells. Plus, there is a multi-grip pull up station for both wide and narrow grip exercises.
