1.What is the function of the red wire? How does it get plugged in?
Answer:The red wire pulled back is connected to the power of the reversing light, and the reversing image can be triggered after it is connected. Pull back the red wire of the camera to connect to the power of the reversing light. Depending on the model, most of the power of the reversing light is concentrated at the rear of the car. Connecting the red wire will trigger the reversing image when the vehicle is reversing.
2.How does this dash cam shoot for a while and then the screen turns off? Is that what it is?
Answer:it is normal. The screen will stop after a period of time if it is not operated. It can be operated in the settings. If you want to turn it off, there is a screen saver in the settings. Just set it to off. If the dash cam is normal, the screen will not light up and it will be recorded normally.
3.All the buttons are stuck, It can’t access the menu or turn it off.How to solve this problem?

4.No matter what the sensitivity is set to, the sensor will not record. What is the reason?
Answer:G-sensor should be used in conjunction with parking monitoring, and should be turned on at the same time.
5.The dash cam is overheating when in use, is this normal?
Answer:The power consumption of the 3 channel dash cam will be higher and the temperature will be higher, the maximum temperature of the driving recorder is 70℃, and it is normal to be lower than this temperature.
6.Does this camera have a playback mode? If so, how does it work?
