BLUETOOTH MODE – SPEAKERS MUTE ISSUE
Your Creative T100 may come shipped with an issue which causes the volume to be muted when the Creative T100 wakes up from standby mode over Bluetooth. This bug can be resolved via a firmware update that is available. You can do so via (A) visiting Creative Worldwide Support Website and search for Creative T100 to download the firmware, or (B) drop us a note on Amazon or via Creative’s support website.
PLAYBACK VOLUME CONTROL
Creative T100’s volume control is independent of the volume control on your source device (e.g. mobile phone). For hearing protection purposes, the default volume of Creative T100 is set to be slightly below 50%. If you wish to achieve higher playback volume, we recommend increasing the volume level on the Creative T100 first. Thereafter, you may control the volume level from your source device whenever needed.
ENERGY-SAVING FEATURE
Creative T100 comes preinstalled with an energy-saving feature that automatically switches the speakers off after 28 hours of inactivity. When connected via AUX-in, Optical, and USB, Creative T100 will switch off if no playback activity is detected for 28 hours. For Bluetooth, Creative T100 will not switch off as long as a connection is established. This is implemented to preserve Creative T100’s product quality and to minimize unnecessary power consumption.
