You’ll be journeying through familiar and new locations as you explore and discover magical beasts, customise your character and craft potions, master spell casting, upgrade your talents and more, and you can read all about it in our review. You can choose from a PS5 copy (available now) or a PS4 copy (launching 5th May) below. More purchase options are available here. An exciting prospect for fans of LEGO games, LEGO 2K Drive is an all-new open-world LEGO driving adventure where players can “race anywhere, play with anyone, build your dream rides, and defeat a cast of wacky racing rivals for the coveted Sky Trophy!”

The game puts you behind the wheel of transforming vehicles that give you the freedom to speed seamlessly across riveting racetracks, off-road terrain, and open waters. There’s a Story mode, single race and Cup Series tournaments, and even some minigames to get stuck into. The game launches on 19th May and pre-orders are now open:

The next Lord of the Rings game arrives on 25th May, when The Lord of the Rings: Gollum launches on PS5 and PS4. Taking place in parallel to the events described in The Fellowship of the Ring, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum is an action-adventure game billed as “an epic interactive experience”. You play as Gollum himself, setting out on a perilous journey to find out how he outwitted the most powerful characters in Middle-earth.

Fans will discover Gollum’s own story for the first time, with a combination of action and stealth gameplay pushing the narrative.

Powered by Capcom’s proprietary RE ENGINE, Street Fighter 6 is the latest in this fantastic fighting series, coming to PS5 and PS4 on 2nd June. The game will include three game modes (Fighting Ground, World Tour and Battle Hub) and several different pre-orders are open now:

Said to introduce “a vast new world to explore, filled with the promise of never-ending adventure, deadly demons and legendary loot”, Diablo IV arrives on 6th June. In the RPG series’ latest installment, you’ll be exploring the corrupted land of Sanctuary as it falls into a new era of darkness. You can journey solo or with friends as you progress through the game’s campaign, taking on quests, liberating towns and battling epic bosses.

Cross-play, cross-progression and couch co-op are all supported too, meaning you have multiple ways to play.

Final Fantasy XVI, the 16th main entry in the series, is giving the franchise a darker twist with “a complex tale of revenge, power struggles and unavoidable tragedy.” The game reimagines the series’ summons as Eikons – deadly creatures that are housed within Dominants, men and women who inherit their immense power at birth. You’ll be playing as Clive Rosfield, First Shield of Rosaria and guardian of his younger brother Joshua, the Dominant of the Eikon Phoenix. Expect all sorts of epic action-RPG goodness when this one arrives on 22nd June:
